In PE this year I have showed up to class most of the days. I believe I only missed class when I had a doctors appointment or when I broke my leg. I was ready participate in every class this year even when I had a broken leg. My fitness level dropped from the beginning of the year. On the beep test I went from a level of 12.3 to 11.3. I only did the beep test a few times. After I broke my leg, the first beep test I did was 7.5. I went from a level of 7.5 to 11.3. I could have done better but my ankle started hurting. Everyday in class I bring a positive attitude workout and learn. The other day we had a choice. I was thinking between hockey and golf. I ended up choosing golf because I have never played golf other than mini golf. I learned how your supposed to hold a golf club. I thought golf was a easy sport and a boring one to. After that I really learned how hard it ins to play golf and how much it hurts. Also second day after school I would go to the gym and try to get my fitness level to the way it was.To be physically educated means that you know what to do to keep your body fit and know what is your body's limit. I had one very big barrier this year and you know how big it was. My Broken leg effected me so much that I feel like I cannot do much even though  I can. Even though I had a broken leg I did feel like I was doing something. I believe I disserve an A because of my participation and my positive attitude.

From the last mid-term I as you know I have improved a lot. I'm participating in every activity. On the circuit that we did on Friday I did not stop to walk but did when there was a door jam. Also on the beep test I got 7.5. Ive done all thing I could have done and show great leadership by example. I'm struggling with most of the things I am doing but have been trying my hardest. To PE i always bring a great attitude ready to do any activity. My goal for this year is just be back to the way I used to be in the beginning of the year. For my letter grade I believe i should get a  A because I have been demonstrating good leadership and good attitude. I also did not have any video evidence for my work but i did do my hardest on latest fitness day.

Best I could have done. I will do better as phisyo is going well.

Well i havent done much in the last month but based on my attitude and energy i deserve A g. I am slowly recovering and doing things that i can. My docter said i will be back to normal in two weeks.

Active Learning Reflection

Well I believe that I had tried my hardest this year even with a broken leg. I participate in many activities that I can do. Before I had broken my leg i had tried my hardest on fitness days and non fitness days. Even on the beep test i had gotten 12.3 and after i had broken my leg i helped out by running the clock. My favorite  fitness activities is when ever we do something included to running. This is when i did not have a broken leg. As you might know that on choice days i participate in playing basketball. After i get my cast off and cleared for proper activities i am going to try my hardest.
