Active Learning Reflection

Well I believe that I had tried my hardest this year even with a broken leg. I participate in many activities that I can do. Before I had broken my leg i had tried my hardest on fitness days and non fitness days. Even on the beep test i had gotten 12.3 and after i had broken my leg i helped out by running the clock. My favorite  fitness activities is when ever we do something included to running. This is when i did not have a broken leg. As you might know that on choice days i participate in playing basketball. After i get my cast off and cleared for proper activities i am going to try my hardest.

  1. Nav you have been a shining example to others... your efforts at participating and being positive with your busted limb have made me smile. Don't rush back too soon on your weakened leg. Give it time to build strength. I look forward to having your fit again. :)
